Inner Strength Physiotherapy at the Johnson and Johnson Wellness Fair.

September 11 Inner Strength PHYSIOTHERAPY was asked to participate in the Johnson and Johnson Wellness Fair. This was hosted at the Johnson and Johnson office and was a fund raiser for the United Way.

There were volunteers making smoothies and healthy snacks as well as, a nutritionist and a representative from the Red Cross handing out information.

Brian Bennett RMTfrom Balance Living in Markham and Lisa Regan CAT(C), RPT and owner of Inner Strength PHYSIOTHERAPY in Markham were provding 5 minute treatments for 5 dollars with all proceeds going to the united way.

This was a great chance to get people thinking a bit more about their health and at the same time to support a good cause. It was great to get involved and meet the staff at JandJ. Hope to be back again soon!
