Crossfit Markham Members Only Competition

July 7 2012 the members of crossift markham competed in the first members only competition. This was a chance for some members to tune up skills and test their max and a chance for others to experience their first competition.

It was amazing to see all the hard work and dedication!! Great work everyone and congrats to the winners of each division! Hopefully this has inspired some of the members new to competing to try another!

Inner strength was onsite for the competition providing assessments/treatments and consultations. It was great to see familiar faces and meet some new ones too!
