GRAND OPENING/OPEN HOUSEGRAND OPENING AND OPEN HOUSE

OCTOBER 27 1-4pm

Inner Strength Physiotherapy was founded in April 2012 and has just opened its doors FULL TIME in September 2012. I would like to take this opportunity to host an OFFICIAL GRAND OPENING PARTY and OPEN HOUSE. This is a great chance to come in and see the space if you haven’t, as well a chance for me to thank all my patients/family and friends for their ongoing support. Please stop by the clinic for some snacks, catch up with friends, learn a bit more about physiotherapy, athletic therapy, acupuncture and ask any questions you may have.
Also if you haven’t checked out crossfit before this may be a good opportunity to see the gym downstairs and try a class as well.
There will be a free seminar on injury prevention and core muscles. Details on seminars to be posted soon. I will have some goodies to raffle off and some guest speakers tbd. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!

Inner Strength PHYSIOTHERAPY at Peterborough Half Ironman

On Sunday, July 8 2012 Lisa Regan from Inner Strength PHYSIOTHERAPY competed in the Peterborough Half Ironman Triathlon. This includes a 2 km swim, 90 km bike and 21km run.

This was the first race of the season for Lisa and she finnished with a personal best time of 5:51. Overall it was a very challenging hilly course and athletes faced a lot of heat and sun.

Next up for Lisa is Ironman Tremblant August 19 which includes a 4 km swim, 180 km bike and 42 km run!
